Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Below you'll find all the details you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Times
All of our products are handmade and made to order, which means each item is crafted with care just for you.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and production from the day your order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Note: This timeline excludes weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, additional delays may occur, but we’ll always keep you informed.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping (where available): 1–2 business days
3. Local Deliveries (South Africa)
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted local couriers.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Major cities: 2–3 business days

Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the delivery status online.
5. Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, weather, public holidays). If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@everydaygreen.co.za, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
If you’d like to place an order outside South Africa, please reach out to us at sales@everydaygreen.co.za for a custom quote.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
To start a return, please email us at sales@everydaygreen.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with next steps.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds on sale or custom items unless they are defective.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or colour, kindly return the original and place a new order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us (sales@everydaygreen.co.za) within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
